In a mixing bowl, whip egg yolks until they are approximately white. Mix in Sugar. Add Whipped Whipping Cream. Gently fold in mascarpone cheese.
Mix Expresso, and Booze in a bowl. Dip lady fingers in spiked coffee. Lay them in a pan. Cover w Mascarpone mix.
Add another layer of ladyfingers dipped in coffee concoction. Cover again w Mascarpone mix. Sprinkle with cocoa and dark chocolate shavings.
Chill and Serve.
