The New Classical FM is presenting the Toronto Premiere of The Mozart Effect: Live on January 31st, at Meridian Hall (formerly the Sony Centre).
The performance will feature his most popular works, and takes the presentation of the live symphony orchestra to an entirely new place. The Mozart Effect: Live will be performed by the 40 piece Ontario Philharmonic symphony orchestra accompanied by high definition large format immersive video and visual effects. The event has been curated to stimulate the senses, inspire, and engage the deepest corners of the human psyche. What will that look like? Well we will journey to space, fly over mountains, and canyons… the lighting in the Hall will be directed in tandem with the sound and visuals.
The idea for this immersive Mozart experience came from educator Don Campbell and his best selling book of the same name, The Mozart Effect. The hope is that this concert will leave you feeling enlightened, and invigorated.
Charles Cozens, the acclaimed award winning arranger, composer, conductor, pianist, and accordionist joined Mark Wigmore on The Oasis with a preview.
