Soprano Shannon Mercer and electric violinist Dr. Draw sat down with Mike and Jean on “Classical Mornings” to chat about “Voices for AIDS Day”, a concert celebrating all who live with HIV. Toronto’s Voices for World AIDS Day supports Casey House, Ontario’s HIV/AIDS hospital.
Hosted by broadcaster and mezzo soprano Julie Nesrallah, this event features Shannon, Dr. Draw, tenor Asitha Tennekoon, Emily Steinwall Trio, drag performer Pearle Harbour, and many more. We also get a quick catch-up on Shannon and Dr. Draw’s careers.
