The Toronto Fringe Festival begins Wednesday, July 3rd, 2019 with 150+ productions that cover it all from drama, comedy, family friendly, musical theatre and a pop up patio. This is an event that profiles the work of great artists, and sometimes paves the path to Mirvish or Broadway… Trey Anthony’s Da Kink in My Hair, Britta Johnson’s Life After, Kim’s Convinience… and even the mega Tony Award winning hit… Come From Away… all of these shows had their start at the Fringe.

Playwright/Performer Tracey Erin Smith joined Mark Wigmore on The Oasis to talk about the Fringe Festival and her new production, The Big House.
