The National Comedy Center in Jamestown, New York, is the first state-of-the-art museum dedicated to telling the vital story of comedy in America. As the nation’s official cultural institution dedicated to the art form of comedy, the museum celebrates comedy’s great minds and unique voices, from Charlie Chaplin to Dave Chappelle.
On hand at the museum, there are more than 50 immersive exhibits take visitors on an interactive journey through comedy history, from early vaudeville acts to the latest viral memes.
The National Comedy Centre is proving to be a huge hit with visitors since it opened last August! Executive Director of The National Comedy Center, Journey Gunderson joined Mark Wigmore on The Oasis to tell us more.

Thursday, and 10am – 9pm on Friday & Saturday.
Additionally, the Lucille Ball Desi Arnaz Museum, which is operated by the National Comedy Center, is open 10am – 5pm Monday – Saturday, and 11am – 4pm on Sunday.
