Believe it or not, a lot of folks are already planning their holiday concert season – and based on what I’ve seen (having just looked online myself to buy tickets to a traditional holiday event here in the city) a lot of seats are being snapped up as we speak. This may be a great time to have a look at what the Toronto Symphony is doing for the holiday season – there are lots of fun concerts for everyone in your family. I also believe it’s nicer to give the gift of an experience, over material goods, which will be remembered for years to come.

Here’s the low-down on TSO holiday fare:

If you plan on leaving town for the holidays, this is great way to catch the festive spirit before you go.

It’s one thing to see a movie and hear the music in the background; it’s quite another to see a movie and hear the music performed LIVE during the movie. This is a fun example!
