As we think about what we’re thankful for this holiday weekend, host Michael Kramer has this on offer for your Sunday morning:

“Join us for about 12 minutes of Sunday morning serenity as we string together an especially soothing segment here at Tranquility Base. Harpist Maxine Eilander has Handel’s Lascia ch’io Panga aria from ‘Rinaldo’ followed by something from the 13th century by Anonymous performed by Anne Azema and Shira Kammen on ancient string instruments viele a roue and rebec. Yo-Yo Ma keeps the spell going with the Sarabande from the Cello Suite No.#6 in D major.  That’s in our first hour. The rest of the program is pretty good too! Hope you can join us.”

“Zero to 1800” airs Sunday mornings at 10 AM on The New Classical FM.
