Mardi Gras 2017: Oh Happy Day!
February 25 presented by Music at St. Andrew’s

St. Andrew’s Church in downtown Toronto marks Mardi Gras and Black History Month on February 25 with a joyous evening of Gospel music and Spirituals.

Oh Happy Day! will feature powerhouse singers Jivaro Smith and Alana Bridgewater Jivaro Smith was featured in the 2016 Mirvish Production of Kinky Boots and in Disney’s The Lion King. Adding their voices to the mix will be Amoy and Ciceal Levy, long-standing members of Toronto’s Gospel community. The evening will include a Kids Gospel Dance Party (FREE onsite baby-sitting!) and a New Orleans themed reception with Hurricane Punch and King Cakes.
