SALMON
It delivers omega-3 fatty acids that help prevent heart attack and may also help keep your brain healthy by fending off age-related dementia.
BLACK BEANs
They help lower the risk of Type 2 diabetes.
QUINOA
Whole grains like this can help protect against heart disease, Type 2 diabetes, colon cancer and even obesity.

SWISS CHARD
A half cup provides more than three times your daily dose of vitamin K, thought to help ward off osteoporosis.
