Her Majesty’s Royal Flying School Beamsville. It was the inspiration for David Fanstone’s book “The Wild Blue Yonder” which is being performed by The New Sunshine Festival September 26th through October 7th at the LFJ Hall in Orillia.

It is the story of Andy Fromm who is a restless Winnipeg boy looking to see the world and ends up at The Royal Flying Corps Training School near the end of WW 1. It is a funny, touching tale of a man who died serving his country before making it “Over There”. The Wild Blue Yonder” You will laugh, shed a tear, enjoy listening to Canadian World War 1 musical gems to learning a bit of little known Canadian history.

A moving evening at the theatre bringing audiences to their feet. Celebrate Canada 150 with this very touching Canadian tale.
